CAT 2025 Admit Card Will Release on 12 Nov : Checkout The Latest Update
Those who have been waiting for the release date of the CAT 2025 Entrance Exam can soon download the admit card and start their journey to the management courses. The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) is administering the CAT 2025 (Common Admission Test) this year. However, the date to download the admit card was scheduled on November 5, but the commission has now proposed a new date of 12 November 2025. To download the admin card, students must visit the official website on or after 12 November through their CAT Application login ID and unique password.
As per the reports, this year approximately. 2.95 Lakhs students registered for the examination. The number has increased reported by the last year, as there were 2.93 Lakhs students registered in 2024.
The Common Admission Test (CAT) is one of the most prestigious national-level management entrance exams in India, conducted annually by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). It serves as a gateway for admission into the MBA and other postgraduate management programs offered not only by the IIMs but also by hundreds of top B-schools across the country, such as FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, and IITs’ management departments.

The duration of the CAT 2025 Exam is 120 Minutes, and it is a CBT (Computer-Based-Test) that evaluates candidates’ aptitude in three main areas: Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR).
The exam will be conducted in over 170 cities, and students have the option to choose the top 5 preferred cities to take the test. However, the exam date is scheduled for 30th November, but IIMs reserve the right to make changes if required, depending on the circumstances.
