2025 Time Table for B.A, BBA, BSc and BCA from Rajasthan University Announced at Uniraj.ac.in

University of Rajasthan, an institute recognized with an ‘A+’ Grade from NAAC, has recently issued the notification for the students, staff, and constituent colleges. It has been announced by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alpana Kateja, and effective on June 30, 2025, the update primarily covers the academic timetable forB.A., BBA, B.Sc., and BCAprograms, ensuring a disciplined, punctual, and effective academic environment across the university.

Through the latest guidelines, the university is ensuring a disciplined, punctual, and effective academic session for 2025-26. Here is the brief note for students, teachers, and parents to manage and schedule accordingly.

2025 Time Table for UG/PG Courses

As per the official notification, the new session is set to begin with a strong focus on timely class commencement:

Regular classes for all Undergraduate (B.A., BBA, B.Sc., and BCA) Odd Semesters (I, III, V, etc.) began on July 3, 2025. On the other hand, classes for Postgraduate (M.A., MBA, B.Sc., and MCA) Semesters (I and III) in all the universities and departments began already from July 10, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition, departments must prepare a new timetable by July 15, 2025, but until then, classes will follow the previous academic session’s schedule, starting from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for UG and 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM for PG degree. A key logistical point is that timetables should maintain a half-hour gap between UG and PG classes.

A student must complete a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible to appear in the main examination, whether they are a Regular, Ex-Student, or Non-Collegiate candidate. Students who failed to obey the rule, their list will be updated on the notice board to inform the students and their guardians.

Important Administrative & Course Policy Updates

• There must be a minimum of 5 students should opt for a specific subject to conduct classes for the selective/elective paper.
• For all the SFC (self-financed courses), there must be a minimum number of students available to run the courses. If the seats are not filled, the administration must inform students clearly, and the course will be canceled, and the fee will be waived.
• The Research Advisory Committee (RAC) meetings must be organized every six months, particularly in March and September.
• To promote a holistic environment, all university units must organize their annual cultural program (Annual Cultural Fest) between December 15 and 30.
